Shipping policy

ImmaDaddy products are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted production partner. This policy applies to orders delivered within Australia and the United States.

Production and delivery times

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Estimated standard delivery after dispatch is 3–6 business days.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods, customs processing or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping rates and promotions

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Buy any two tees and unlock free standard shipping, subject to the promotion being available for your destination at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address used for the order after dispatch. Tracking information can take a short time to update.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our contact form. Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.

If an order is returned because an address is incomplete or incorrect, or because the parcel is unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it, as described in our Refund Policy.

Lost, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through our contact form. Include your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, clear photos. Claim timeframes and available remedies are set out in our Refund Policy.
